How do we launch the deauthentication attack on a specific channel?

Hello Experts,

Have found a userful link to launch the de-authentication attack: https://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=deauthentication

However it does not specifies the way to set it on a channel of choice, could someone please help?

In my case it is always getting generated only on channel 1. I am looking for means to define the specific channel as well.

root@kali:~# aireplay-ng -0 1 -a F4:DB:E6:47:D1:D4 -c 8C:45:00:05:40:FF wlan0
15:03:44  Waiting for beacon frame (BSSID: F4:DB:E6:47:D1:D4) on channel 1

There are 3 ways you can set the channel:

1. When using airmon-ng: "airmon-ng start wlan0 6" -> will set on channel 6. Make sure you kill network managers beforehand because they change channels and interfere with monitor mode.
2. Using iw
3. Using iwconfig (deprecated).
