Airomon-ng best practice create new dump every n seconds?

What would be the best method to create a new airodump-ng dump every n seconds so that no data are lost?
I want to be able to upload the files generated to a web service and from there imported into a database.
Ideal value for n would be 60.
Current arguments look like -w wamba -o csv wlan1mon

Make a script to copy the file to a new one every n seconds.
