I recently installed VMware and am running Kali linux inside

upon completion of installation
I cant seem to connect with the internet

I know it has something to do with my wifi card not being compatible or the drivers aren't up to date

how do I get them up to date on kali linux

I have an external usb wifi antenna plug into my desktop

with a wifi card and its chipset is rt3070/ralink

how do I get this to work in kali linux

but I cant copy and paste from
from my host PC OS into vmware Kali linux terminal
how do I do this?
